Chadwick MeyerDirector/Programmer
Phone: 415.315.9796
Chadwick started Crate Media in 2002 and for many years ran the business with his wife Daniela as his only partner in creativity. Daniela was the main designer and Chad did everything else. These days Chad still spends his time working in every aspect of the business, from programming, to design, to art direction, to customer service. It's this involvement that keeps Crate Media a personal affair for all our clients. Fortunately Chad is now joined by a team of talented employees and contractors to help carry the load and provide better service to all our clients. Chad was born, and grew up, in Papua New Guinea and has always been just a little restless in America. He loves travel, photography, languages and cultures, secret passageways, woodworking, stone work, architecture, inventing, and is just generally an inquisitive soul. And perhaps most importantly, he is also a husband to Daniela and father to two young daughters.

Daniela MeyerSenior Designer
Phone: 415.315.9796
Daniela helped start Crate Media in 2002 with her husband Chadwick, and has since played an integral role in the company's success. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art degree from Central College in Iowa, and has more than ten years of design work experience. She is what made Crate Media a top notch design firm. Her talents allow her to integrate classic art and illustration with modern design, creating powerful art for web and print. She has an in-depth knowledge of the traditional print industry, as well as a firm grasp of web design, with the ability to take a design from concept to building it out in Flash, HTML, and CSS. She's the real talent that makes our world go round.

Keith SnowClient Services/Director of Cool
Phone: 415-738-4758
Keith was the first full-time employee to join Crate Media and he's seen his role change many times. He has functioned as secretary, business manager, primary customer service person and most recently project manager. Currently he still oversees all this, thankfully with some help, but he's transitioning into a role, more appropriate to his talents, as Creative Director, where his extensive knowledge of what's hip is put to great use for our client's benefit. He will be helping client's plan the functionality of their sites from a user experience perspective by organizing the navigation for optimum usability, suggesting time saving or trend setting functionality, planning and storyboarding movies and interactive flash elements, and innovating new ideas that will give Crate Media websites a subtle hipness that money can't buy.
Keith's secret life includes having a rock star identical twin, as well as being father to identical twin daughters. It's a freaky universe. For fun he enjoys being an accomplished musician himself and a veritable music dictionary on tall lanky legs. He's also a film critic/connoisseur extraordinaire.

Programmer
Brett joined our team in 2007 and brought some much needed relief for our backed up development projects. He has allowed us to better serve our clients and increase our turn around time. He has also been working on the long list of planned upgrades to our CMS.

Project Manager
Phone: 941-306-1947
Josh joined our growing team in 2007 in order to help the customer service needs of our growing CMS community, but he quickly transitioned into his current position as Project Manager when we recognized his talents for communication and organization. He is still responsible for some backup customer service but his primary duties include guiding clients' projects from concept to completion. He makes sure our clients articulate their vision and then in turn ensures that we understand and implement that vision accurately and on budget.
Josh is married and has four children. And in case the name didn't give it away, he is also Chad's older brother, which significantly increases the number of Crate Media Employees who speak Tok Pisin.

Stacy EdwardsPrint Design
Stacy has eight years of experience in print design, and understands the print industry better than most. We largely keep her busy with print projects, although she also designs web sites from time to time. She's got a great eye for image use and modern design. She's fantastically thorough when prepping production files for print. If God is in the details, Stacy is near goddess status in our eyes.
